CARAMEL SLICES AKA HEALTHY TWIX 


THE RECIPE:

Base

  • 1/4 cup ground almonds
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp water

Caramel

  • 8 dates
  • 1/3 cup almond butter
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup
  • vanilla (to taste)

Chocolate

  • 2 tbsp cacao
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Place all layers on top of each other and put into fridge/freezer for a couple of hours until fully hardened.



GIANT PB-CHOCOLATE COOKIE


THE RECIPE

  • 160g spelt flour
  • 40g fine oats
  • 100g natural peanut butter
  • 15g coconut oil
  • 15g coconut sugar
  • 100ml soy milk (maybe more, depending on texture of dough)
  • pinch of baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • vanilla & cinnamon to taste
  • chocolate chips

Mix everything together and lastly add in the chocolate chips. Press the dough into a baking dish and bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 30-40 minutes or until the cookie slowly begins to turn crispy and looks brownish.



4-INGREDIENT GRANOLA BARS


THE RECIPE

  • 3 tbsp apple sauce
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 140g oats
  • 1 tbsp pb2 powder (or regular peanut butter)
  • vanilla & cinnamon (optional)

Mix apple sauce and chia seeds, add in all the rest, then press the mass into a baking form and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes. For the chocolate glazing, simply mix coconut oil (heated up to reach liquid texture), cocoa powder and agave syrup in equal parts, spread mixture on top and refrigerate until hardened.



HEALTHY CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE


THE RECIPE

  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut/almond meal
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp apple sauce
  • pinch of baking powder
  • vanilla (optional)

Mix everything together in a big mug and microwave for 3-5 minutes, or until done.



SKILLET COCONUT-BERRY CAKE


THE RECIPE

  • 3 eggs
  • 80g coconut flour
  • 20g protein powder (optional)
  • 1 banana
  • 200ml soy milk
  • pinch of salt
  • cinnamon
  • sweetener of choice (optional)
  • berries as topping

Mix everything together in a blender, pour into a greased baking dish and bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 30-40 minutes, or until thickened.
