For this breakfast creation I still had some bee pollen left: it doesn’t taste like much but adds some special taste to the food and has many health benefits: it is considered one of nature’s most completely nourishing foods and contains 40% protein
AÇAI BOWLS
One of the most important benefits of the Açai berry is its high concentration of antioxidants: these prevent the oxidation of molecules and therefore, limit the production of free radicals which can damage cells and glands within our body
Açai berries are packed with amino acids, fibre, essential fatty acids, vitamins and minerals
OATMEAL
Chocolate oatmeal is my favourite: simply cook the oats in some milk (I prefer almond or soy milk – makes it creamier) and add cocoa powder & some agave syrup to taste. Voilà!
Zoats: to add some creaminess to your oatmeal, simply stir in some shredded zucchini – sounds weird, but tastes amazing! (I promise, you can’t taste the zucchini, it’s just for the texture)
