Pancakes

HEALTHY BANANA-PANCAKES W/O ADDED SUGAR OR FLOUR


THE RECIPE:

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbls greek/natural yoghurt
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp coconut oil (optional)
  • 1 tsp baking powder (optional)
  • 1 scoop protein powder (optional)

Blend everything together and fry at medium heat. The texture will stay a little chewy and moist due to the banana and yoghurt. Makes 5-6 small pancakes. A must-try for banana lovers and those who want to change up their breakfast routine a little with a healthy pancake alternative.


 

4-INGREDIENT PROTEIN-PANCAKES 


THE RECIPE:

  • 30g fine oats
  • 20g protein powder
  • 1-2 tbsp quark/natural yoghurt
  • 1 egg
  • water as needed

Blend everything together and fry at medium heat. Makes 3-4 pancakes. The quark/yoghurt makes the pancakes a little mellower and with the protein powder they get a perfect little round shape.


 

SPELT-PROTEIN PANCAKES 


THE RECIPE:

  • 50g spelt flour
  • 25g protein powder
  • 100g Skyr/Quark
  • 50ml soy milk/water
  • 1 egg
  • pinch of baking powder

Blend everything together and fry at medium heat. Makes 5-6 pancakes.


SPELT-PROTEIN CRÊPES


THE RECIPE:

  • 70g spelt flour
  • 55g protein powder
  • 250ml milk & water
  • 1 egg

Blend everything together and fry at medium heat. Makes 5-6 crêpes. If the dough is too thick to make thin crêpes just add in a little water or milk until the texture is right to thinly cover the entire pan.
