Our great Vietnamese cooking experience

Our Vietnamese cooking class with Linh was a great success. We were ten people and cooked ten different dishes for everyone to try (everyone cooked their own dish) which made the whole day a little busy and obviously nobody left without being completely stuffed by all the amazing food (good thing we skipped breakfast). But we all had a lot of fun and learned so many different recipes for great Vietnamese food – come by our house when I get back to have a try yourself ;)

Linh, our great Vietnamese chef. We can only recommend her cooking classes: though we were quite a lot people it was still really personal and the dishes we cooked were simply amazing! Just shoot her an email to book a class: goldenlotus.hoian@gmail.com.

THE DISHES:

My dish was “Steamed fish Vietnamese style” and it was gone in no time – it was just too good:

Fresh spring rolls with shrimp are our new favorite dish, but of course the traditional ones were just as good:

Mixed vegetable with ginger beef and cashew nuts:

Dad doing some work on his BBQ chicken satay:

Mom’s “Pho Ga” – the traditional noodle soup with chicken:
